THE INCREDIBLES - short review

Many consider The Incredibles to be the best superhero film, period. That is, of course, questionable but speaks volumes to the quality of the film.

The Incredibles certainly deserve all its awards and accolades. Besides being the the first 3D animated movie with human protagonists, it moved animation to an exciting future of deep-layered stories and real human feelings. Maybe better than any other movie, The Incredibles walk the thin line between a kids and adult orineted movie and never fall apart.

For me personally, The Incredibles never really struck the right chord. Paradoxically, the main issue is the failing relationship between Bob and Helen. For my particular tastes, it gets a little bit too heavy. But it might be just the romantic part of me.

- Maybe too many endings
