From its looks, Stork looks like another run-of-the-mill animated movie. There's cute characters, a lot of colors and the visual style looks very familiar. However, Storks is also a movie that gives you so much more than you would expect from your average animated movie.
Mainly, the movie benefits from its animation style and frenetic tempo, harkening back to Warner Brother's glory days. Although being a bit derivative in its story, the jokes and visual suprises will keep you interested throughout the whole plot. The movie never overstays its welcome and does not pretend to be anything else than what it is. Plus, In the right moments, it also has a lot of heart.
Storks is a fun movie, fast-paced and overall well-made. More of these, please!
